Lost of words of the sudden news. Fondest memory was teaming up with Donny, Chris weatherbee and Chris 's brother racing the team cancer relay race at prairie city. Always had great times racing especially those national nights and hollister and the ride days at his compound. I am deeply saddened and will always remember his big smile!

As so many of you I was shocked and so very sad to hear of Donny"s passing. I will always remember John, Jason and Donny playing in the front yard of our Ione house, when they were so very little, which many years later became his house. So many memories of Donny i cannot list them all. His infectious smile that would always warm a heart and made to feel so very special. So very happy I had the opportunity to see and visit with him recently! May God bless his family and friends and know my prayers are with you! His smile and love will remain with me always! I have so many fond memories of Donny. We grew up together and were in the same grade from seco nd grade until graduating in 1990. He was always quick with a joke and a huge smile. I still remember his dad Mike and Donny teaching me how to knee board at lake Comanche in my teens. We had a love of motorcycles and we never rode together. We will ride together one day Donny. My heart aches for the family. Praying for peace and comfort. You will be badly missed on earth Donny. Dennis Wood

When I was 16 years old and just learning to drive, Donnie was the wild child down the street, who raised me every time I drove down that gravel road whether I wanted to or not, and he always beat me, I hated that gravel road, and I would be so mad at him by the time I got down the end of my driveway and he would always say maybe I'll let you beat me someday and then he would burn out kicking rocks and dust up with a smile a mile wide. I'm 53 years old now and that little kid down the street grew into a kind, sweet amazing man who genuinely cared about all the right things. If you ever met Donny you were a friend for life. Donnie is going to be missed deeply by so many people myself included and I send my love, thoughts and prayers to the family. My deepest condolences. Trudi Vaughan(higgins)

Growing up with Daegon gave me the opportunity to experience Donny's contagious smile and happiness. Whenever I was able to bump into him, he always seemed to make the day always a little brighter. Thank you Donny for being a light in this world and sharing your love and happiness to others rest well.🙏🏻

I had the privilege of knowing Donny and his beautiful family for approximately 13 years. ( my daughter Jessica and him, have a beautiful daughter together) You were never a stranger around Donny, he invited you into his home and made you feel like family. He was fun, always had a smile and a hug for you. He loved his parents and his children, like no other. He will truly be missed by so many, especially by his family and his many friends. Rest In Peace my friend.
