Obituary of Frances Louise Clark

Frances L. Clark passed away peacefully at home on February 20, 2023, just 5 days short of her 85th birthday. She was born February 26, 1938, to Baxter and Jessie Kelley in Sheridan, AR. The family left Arkansas for Oregon in 1943 and a few years later moved to Standard, CA where she graduated from Sonora Union High School in 1956. She married Jerry Clark in 1958 and shortly thereafter moved to the Clark Ranch in Fiddletown where she lived the rest of her life. She worked many years as a School Bus Driver and Teachers Aid in Amador and El Dorado Counties, finishing her career at Pioneer Elementary School in Somerset as a Bus Driver and Special Needs Teachers Aid. She loved gardening, trout fishing and working on the ranch but nothing was as important as family. She checked on her flock daily and any occasion was a good time to have the kids over for dinner. She will be missed and always remembered by her two sons, David, and Keith, three grandsons, one granddaughter, three great-granddaughters, three great-grandsons and two great-great granddaughters. The family requests donations to St Jude Children's Research Hospital or Tunnels to Towers Foundation be made in lieu of flowers.
