Obituary of Charles Daniel Walsh

Charles Daniel Walsh passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2022, in Ione, CA at the age of 82 years old. He was born in Philadelphia, PA on May 18, 1940, a son of the late Anna (Divaney) and Thomas Walsh. Charles is survived by his wife, Mildred Walsh of Ione, CA; daughter, Bridgette Ellen Bailey of Ione, CA; four sons Edward Alan Walsh of Ione, CA, Eugene LeClear of VA, Patrick Walsh, and Michael Walsh; two sisters, Mary Ellen Walsh of Vancouver, WA and Josephine Walsh of Tampa, FL; a brother, Thomas Walsh of Fort Worth, TX; He is also survived by grandchildren, Malorie, Brandon, Brittanny, Ashleigh, Nicolette, and Sierra. Charles is preceded in death by his daughter, Sheila Walsh, brothers, Frank Walsh, Jimmy Walsh and Michael Walsh. A Mass of Christian Burial Service will be held 10:00a.m. on Friday, November 4, 2022, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Ione, CA. Contributions can be made in Charles name to St. Katharine Drexel Parish at 11361 Prospect Dr. Jackson, CA 95642.
