Obituary of Stella Marie Powers

Stella Marie Powers passed away Sunday, September 18, 2022, in Jackson, CA at the age of 33 years old. She was born in San Jose, CA on December 12, 1988, a daughter of Rebecca (Rayray) and the late Brad Lee Niblock. Stella is survived by her husband, Billy Powers III of Jackson, CA; children, Adelina and Billy Powers of Jackson, CA; a sister, Summer, wife of Javi Gonzalez of San Antonio, Texas; two brothers, Chad Niblock of Sacramento, CA and Adam, husband of Lizette Nidlock of Sacramento, CA; She is also survived by nieces; Laci, Stella, Rachel, Athena, and Allyson. Stella is preceded in death by her father. Brad. Stella grew up in San Jose where she attended and graduated from Broadway Highschool in 2007. She then attended Everest Community College for a time before moving to Amador County in 2015. She became co-owner of Powers Electric working in marketing and administration while being a homemaker for 8 years raising her children. She enjoyed Digital Design, marketing, and photography.
