Obituary of Harold Holmes

Harold Holmes of Jackson, CA passed quietly on June 26, 2022 at the age of 96 with his wife of 73 years, Ruth, by his side. He is survived by his wife Ruth; children, Sharon Davis, Steve Holmes (Deb) and Mark (Stacey); grandchildren, Kyle Davis (Monica), Jim Davis (Jen), Paul, John, and Addalynn; and 6 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, George, and Argie Holmes, and 4 siblings. He was a WWII Vet (merchant marines) and retired in 1991 from Lawrence Livermore Laboratory. A Memorial service is being held 11:00a.m. on Friday, July 1, 2022 at Grace Fellowship Church, Jackson, CA with a private interment at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon, CA. At the request of Mrs. Holmes, no flowers please.
