I was saddened to read about Coleen’s passing. I knew her from the Lockwood Fire Department. She always had a beautiful smile and kind words. She will be missed by many.

I was so very sorry to hear of Colleen's passing! I worked with Colleen in the deli department at One Stop Supermarket in Pine Grove in the early 00s. I was in my late teens and so appreciated how I could talk with Colleen about anything, share a ton of laughs and how she treated me as an equal rather than a kid. I loved her husband; Charlie and their kids stop by! It was very evident what an excellent wife and mother she was, and it was very inspiring. You always knew that you that you could count on Colleen for anything at all! I haven't seen or talked with her in over 20 years because I got married and live in Maine with my husband and our kids, but I can still picture Colleen's smile and hear her contagious laughter. It's also very heartwarming to know that, whenever she would see my family at the casino, she would ask how i was doing. I am praying for peace and comfort for her family and friends. There is no other and will never be another Colleen. Gloria Morissette

Dearest Colleen, I have such fond memories of you way way back from when I first hanging out with Barbara in the early 70s. You always cooked great meals and passed that down to Barb. I had my bridal shower at your mom's house and I think you smashed cake in my hair. Lol I was at your wedding and you were at mine. I had you and your first baby girl come to my son's 1st birthday party (Oct 1986). Over the years we did see one another from time to time. Steve and I dropped by your home when we were in the area. Our last visit was when we were camping in our RV at Jackson Rancheria and you came out there to hang out with us after you got off work. You will be deeply missed.. Love Always, Tina&Steve Lencioni

Charlie, Erin, Michelle & Ricky, I am at a loss for words that adequately express how very much Colleen means to me! She was a very important part of my family's life in Volcano, such a kindhearted and fun-loving neighbor who frequently had cheerful visits with my parents on the lane. In the twenty years I have known Colleen, every single time we touched bases, there was always laughter and lots of great stories exchanged. I am blessed to have known her and will cherish all the special memories I have of Colleen. My heart goes out to each of you and to her extended family. With love, Nancy Walker Chavez

Charlie, I am so profoundly saddened by the loss of Colleen, as is Bill. Her wonderful smile and amazing laugh will be with us always. She was so proud of her family and loved her family so much. We will cherish our times together at Krisalis events and just everything that go back to the early days in the late 80's with dinners here at the house. Charlie, I do not think I will be able to bring Bill to the service this Saturday. He is too weak and the logistics will be too difficult. He is in a home now. I will try to get there myself. We are praying for your peace and comfort. Margo

Charlie, so sad to hear of Colleen's passing. Enjoyed talking with her through the years at the Lockwood events, She was always down to earth, spoke her mind, and had a great sense of humor. She will be greatly missed. Prayers to you and your family.
