John I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm not sure if you remember me. We met several times when Alice was sick and when she passed you gave me some of Snap's knives. I grew up next door to Mary Kaye. We played together a lot. She had a neat tent in her yard and a spare bedroom with an awesome train set up. And the biggest slide in the neighborhood. We also played with her rabbit and turtle. We were in each other's houses and yards everyday. She enjoyed playing doctor and Barbie dolls and we read Nancy Drew books and had Monopoly marathons.Her parents were friends with mine. Her mom had a Girl Scout troop. I was in a different troop, but when they went places I was often invited along. I remember getting to go to Freedomland NY with them and got to hear the Four Seasons play and got their autographs! MaryKaye and her parents were wonderful people. I have great memories of them.
