Obituary of Jack Sterling

Jack Sterling passed away Monday, July 18, 2011 at his home in Jackson at the age of 79 years. He was born June 14, 1932 to Andrew and Myrtle (Barber) Sterling in Las Angeles, CA. Jack was a veteran serving in the U.S. Air Force as a pilot reaching the rank of Airman First Class. After his discharge from the military he worked as a carpenter for 30 years. He is survived by his long time companion, Jean Mueller of Jackson; sister, Anna Arnaiz of Riverside, CA; brother, Jim Sterling of Hawthorne, NV; and nephew, James R. Sterling. Friends are invited to attend a graveside service Saturday, July 30 at 2:00 P.M. at Jackson City Cemetery in Jackson.
