Obituary of Samuel J. Cooper, Jr.

Samuel J. Cooper, Jr. passed away Monday, July 18, 2011 in Jackson at the age of 90 years. He was born January 25, 1921 to Samuel and Miron (Carley) Cooper in Los Angeles, CA. He is survived by his wife, Jeannie Cooper of Volcano; children, Julie Ann Strutt, Craig S. Cooper, and Ronald S. Cooper. Friends are invited to attend a memorial service Saturday, July 23 at 1:00 P.M. at Sierra Baptist Church, 26355 Buckhorn Ridge Road in Pioneer. Interment will be in the Sacramento Valley VA National Cemetery in Dixon, CA.
