Obituary of Maynard George Robinson

Maynard worked from a very young age, later many of those years spent in the California State University System. Against odds, he completed college and went on to obtain his masters degree and then later, with a teenage daughter to take care of, his doctorate. Married in 1987 to the love of his life, Carol, they truly enjoyed everything together. Moving to Sutter Creek upon retirement, Carol and Maynard were always together until her passing last year. Maynard left this world with a prayer in his heart he would be reunited with his soul mate and true love. He was a beloved father. He is survived by his daughter Emily McGill, son-in-law Dean McGill, and his grandsons Ryan and Christopher (El Dorado Hills). In addition, his Aunts Arlene Adler (los Angeles, CA) Sydell Kalb (Walnut Creek, CA) and Mimi Kirk (Ramona, CA) and several cousins. He loved all his family dearly. He was a devoted Husband, Father, Grandfather and Friend. May you land among the stars...
