Obituary of Dorothy J Brawley

Dorothy J. Brawley passed away Saturday, February 19, 2011 in Jackson at the age of 90 years. She was born November 20, 1920 in Texas to James and Nettie (Maserang) Jones. Though a Texan by birth, Dorothy loved California and would never leave. She Enjoyed living in Chowchilla and her church, Cathedral of Faith. The love of her life was her children and grandchildren. She is survived by 8 children; 1 brother; 4 sisters; several grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Farrell D. Brawley. Friends are invited to attend a visitation Friday, February 25 from 9:00 A.M. to service time at 10:00 A.M. at Cathedral of Faith, 1504 Robertson Blvd. in Chowchilla. Interment will be in the Chowchilla Cemetery District in Chowchilla.
