Obituary of Lucinda "Cindy" Boring

Lucinda "Cindy" May Price Boring passed away Friday, January 21, 2011 at her home in Ione at the age of 80 years. She was born November 12, 1930 to Wright and Pauline (Norboe) Price in Sacramento, CA. When Lucinda was 10 years old her family moved to Sloughhouse, CA. August 15, 1949 she was married to Jack L. Boring and the couple celebrated 48 years of marriage. Lucinda made her home in Ione, CA for 47 years. She was survived by sons, Guy Boring, Sr. and wife, Christine, Daniel Boring, Sr. and wife, Carol, Michael Boring; brothers, Richard Price, Ted Price, Paul Price, Cedric Price; sisters, Debra Jaranilla, Myrtle Roose; grandchildren, Jack, Adam, Shawn, Melissa, James, Danny, Guy, Jr., Cheryl, Joan, Misty; great-grandchildren, Brandon, Sheala, Mia, Michael, Aeriana, Arrow, Alexis; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack L. Boring on August 15, 1993; son, Jack L. Boring, Jr.; grandson, Donald Boring; parents, Wright and Pauline Price; brothers, Steven Price, Joe Price; and sister, Carol Fain. Friends are invited to attend a visitation Wednesday, January 26 from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Daneri Mortuary in Jackson, CA. A funeral service will be held Thursday, January 27 at 12:00 P.M. at Daneri Mortuary Chapel in Jackson. Interment will be in the Garden of Valor at Sunset View Cemetery in Jackson, CA.
