Obituary of Ruby "Eleanor" Miller

Ruby "Eleanor" Miller passed away Thursday, December 23, 2010 in Stockton at the age of 94 years. She was born October 24, 1916 to Wilford and Elsie (Jordan) Hemenway in Stockton, CA. Eleanor was a very loving mother and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought her great joy. She is survived by her children, Robert Miller and wife, Shirley of Watsonville, Joanne Shagi of Stockton, Gary Miller and wife, Janeel of Wilseyville, Bill Miller and wife, Marlene of Mesa, AZ, Debra Thomas and husband, John of Sutter Creek; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Frank Miller on January 4, 1971. Friends are invited to attend a graveside service December 30 at 1:00 P.M. at Independence Cemetery in Rail Road Flat, CA. Interment will follow the service.
