Obituary of Lacey Mangini

Lacey Lynn Mangini passed away June 26, 2010 after a courageous battle with cancer when she was 34. Her parents, Robyn & Jesse Fonbuena of Jackson and Alan and Rose Mangini of Modesto, survive Lacey. She also leaves behind six sisters, Kellie, Hollie, Chelsea, Geena, Benia and Jessica and one brother, Ryan Mangini. Lacey also leaves behind a large extended family, aunts, uncles, cousins and one niece and three nephews and her two beloved cats, all of whom will miss her. Lacey loved life and lived it to the fullest. She was happiest when surrounded by family, friends, and truthfully, her two hairless cats, Isis and Luna. She had a quick smile and witty sense of humor. People were drawn to Lacey; she had the ability to put people at ease and they instantly loved and trusted her. Lacey has had a successful career in sales marketing for AirCo of Sacramento, a company she loved working with. Lacey loved beauty in all things, her favorite hobby was bargain shopping for designer brands and she loved to wear beautiful clothes. She was also a very talented artist, selling her first picture at the age of ten. Lacey loved the outdoors and especially the beach. She was able to fulfill a dream of smelling the ocean air in Bodega Bay despite of her failing health. In her last days Lacey enjoyed the company of her family and the tender care of her mother. Lacey renewed her faith in the gospel of Jesus Christ and looked forward to a joyous reunion with her grandparents and aunt who had passed on before her. Lacey will be missed, but the memories of her courage and sweet spirit will last forever.
