Obituary of Walter Bayard Baehr

Walter B. (Walt) Baehr age 75 died at home in Pioneer 8/17/23.  He was born on December 3, 1947, to Ed & Ann Baehr. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Donna; 2 stepsons, Joe, and Gary Lancina and 3 grandchildren (Tim, Nason and Lydia Lancina).  

 

He & Donna moved to Pioneer from Santa Rosa in 1995 after retiring from Mare Island Naval Shipyard building nuclear submarines.  In Amador Co. he was a Real Estate agent working for several different agencies over the years.  He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Jackson.  He & Donna were members and past presidents of the Jackson Claim Jumpers.
