Obituary of Clara Ruth Rhoades

Clara Ruth Rhoades passed away September 5, 2023, in Lodi Ca at the age of 98, just 2 months shy of her 99^th birthday. She was born on November 18, 1924, in Florida

She is survived by her son Larry Rhoades of Ione, CA, grandchildren; Stacy Rhoades, Tina Seevers, Danielle Crocker, and Michael Rhoades, great grandchildren; Tanner Wolin, Taniell Wolin, Brittany Rhoades, and Brianna Rhoades-Knowles, along with 2 great-great grandsons.

She was preceded in death by her husband Walter Rhoades, son Harry Rhoades, and daughter Serena Rhoades-Gomes.

She was a resident of Amador County for over 60 years. Clara was active in the Jackson Methodist Church, The Women’s Club, and the American Legion Women’s Auxiliary for many years. She loved and was very proud of her family.

At the family’s request there will be no services at this time.
