Obituary of Carol Ann Campbell

Carol Ann Campbell passed away in Pine Grove, CA on September 4, 2023, at the age of 82. She was born on October 3, 1940, in Inglewood, California to Joseph and Roberta (Shaw) Walters.

 

Carol worked as an Elementary school teacher and later for Pacific Telephone & Telegraph in marketing and training. During the breakup in 1984, she was offered a gracious and generous retirement package that allowed her to retire permanently at the age of 45! Carol was in flight training and qualified to solo an aircraft. After her first solo flight she never flew alone again… She enjoyed cooking, entertaining, skiing, sailing, painting, and traveling.

 

Carol is survived by her husband Richard Campbell of Pine Grove, CA, son; Steve and wife Kelly Badgley, granddaughters; Rachael & Megan, brother; Mike Walters, and sister; Linda Colliflower. She is preceded in death by brother Bob Walters.
