Obituary of Alice Lorraine Slayton

Alice Lorraine Slayton, 81, passed away January 20, 2024, in Ione, CA. She was born on October 17, 1942, in Stockton, CA to Morris and Lois Rampelburg.

Alice is survived by her husband, Donald Slayton of Ione, CA; sons, Larry Slayton of Ione, CA and John Slayton of Ione, CA; grandchildren, Lindsey Martin, Matthew Slayton, Brandon Slayton, and Jessie Slayton; great grandchildren, Lillianna Gatts-Slayton, Jax Rozon-Slayton, and Daisy Martin; sister, Angel O'Brien; brothers, Donald Rampelburg and James Rampelburg. She was preceded in death by her parents, Morris and Lois Rampelburg, as well as Lauren Rampelburg.   

Friends are invited to attend a visitation held at Daneri Mortuary Chapel in Jackson, CA on Monday, January 29, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. A graveside service will take place at the Ione Public Cemetery in Ione, CA on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, at 1:00 p.m.
